Based upon our recommendations and expertise, clients experience an overall savings that pays for our services while having with the wedding of their dreams within their budget. Q) What if I have already done most of the planning? Can you still help me? A)Yes. We can assist you in many ways at your rehearsal and day of your wedding. Our Rehearsal & Day of wedding coordination package would be perfect for you. We can help coordinate your ceremony and reception to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Q) How do you charge for your services? A)Each couple’s needs, ideas, and budgets are different. We have a flat fee per event based upon the typical services required of us, and then we can customize a plan that works within your budget. Under the flat fee rate we will complete all the work that we have agreed to do regardless of how long it takes us to complete, it is like an all-inclusive plan. Q) Why don’t you charge as a percentage of the wedding? A) A wedding planner who charges you a percentage of your total wedding budget has no incentive to find you the best deals on the florists, invitations, chair covers, etc. The higher your bills are, the larger the profit for them. Since we charge a flat and/or hourly fee, we work in your best interest to negotiate the best prices for the highest quality products and services. |
